FREE Pregnancy Support Group

I host a weekly online drop in pregnancy support group through the Circle Family Center that meets every Monday at 7:30-8:30pm Pacific Time.

This group is designed for birthing people in any stage of pregnancy. Connect with other pregnant folks while processing all of the emotions that come with growing your family. Dive into postpartum preparations, process fears and worries, and celebrate the beauty and excitement of this season.

Please note: This is a casual, drop in support group and is not group therapy.

FREE Queer & Gender Expansive Parents Group

I co-host a monthly queer and gender expansive parents group at the Circle Family Center that meets on the second Saturday of the month from 4-5pm.

Kids are welcome! My co-host is a doula and preschool teacher with a fabulous collection of picture books with LGBTQ+ representation for families to explore. The group includes check ins and introductions, small group conversations, story time, and space for creative play and being outside.

Please note: This group is a space for connection and community building and is not group therapy.

  • Climate Grief & Empowerment

    February 2024, co-facilitated with Nora Lisette

    A three day workshop for young adults focused on holding space for grief, reflecting on how we build active hope and resilience in uncertain times, and exploing ow we feel called to take action.

  • Respectful Relationships

    Since 2016, with various co-facilitators

    A series of workshops for teens workshops covering topics including safer sex practices, enthusiastic consent, gender identity, how privilege impacts relationship power dynamics, nonmonogamy, intimate partner violence, substance abuse, and communication.

  • Transition to Middle School Group

    July 2024, co-facilitated with Sara Anderson, LCSW

    A workshop for rising middle schoolers to prepare for the transition to their new schools by learning tools to strengthen their self esteem, practice self care, and feel confident making new friends.

  • Kids' Printmaking Class

    June 2023

    A summer camp art class for kids ages 9-14 incorporating block printing and stamp-making with natural materials.

  • Game On: Navigating Teen Mental Health Through Sports

    May 2024

    A webinar through A Brighter Day Charity for parents of teen athletes to discuss how to help your teen harness the benefits of physical activity, manage stress, build resilience and maintain a healthy mindset both on and off the field.
